These Order Terms outline the process and conditions for ordering custom metal works, iron gates, grills, site structural works, and repair.
Order Placement & Quotation
Orders can be placed by visiting our workshop, reaching out via phone, or contacting us through WhatsApp. Initial quotes provided online or over phone calls are tentative and will be finalized after site measurement and material specification confirmation.
Site Measurement & Design Approval
For custom structural or decorative ironwork (e.g., gates, grills), accurate dimensions and design approval must be confirmed prior to cutting raw materials. Any subsequent design or dimension changes requested by the customer after work begins may incur additional material and labor costs.
Advance Payment Policy
To initiate raw material procurement and fabrication for custom orders, an advance deposit is required. The balance payment must be settled upon completion or prior to delivery and installation.
Order Cancellation & Material Policy
Orders can be canceled only before raw materials are purchased or cut. Once fabrication or custom iron forging work has started, advance payments become non-refundable due to the custom nature of fabrication products.
Delivery & On-Site Installation
Estimated completion dates are given in good faith. However, completion or site fitting timelines may vary depending on design complexity, site accessibility, weather conditions, or electricity supply interruptions.
